General Terms

• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your password or account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

HeyBaj supports payments via popular mobile banking methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are usually credited to your wallet instantly.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is completed.

HeyBaj is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment gateway, but we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of a fixed percentage on your first deposit. This can only be claimed once.

• Duration: Bonuses must typically be used within 7–30 days of being credited. Any expired bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Eligibility: Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.

• If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, HeyBaj may void the round and refund all stakes.

• For Sports Betting, payments will be settled once the official result is confirmed. If a match is abandoned, stakes will be refunded.
• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, a cash-out option may be available under certain conditions.
